I'm sorry, but insurance companies, by and large, are not trying to help you get good healthcare 😧

They are trying to make as much money as they can. One way they do this is via blanket denials, likely hoping that patients just won't appeal and they won't have to pay. This infuriates me. If someone is paying for insurance and is owed some sort of coverage, then it should be paid.
