Join us for an intimate, transformative virtual workshop where writing becomes a gentle pathway back to your inner child. In this women-only circle, you’ll explore early memories through poetry, guided journaling, and reflection—cultivating self-compassion, creativity, and deeper self-awareness in a safe, supportive space.

🌱 You’ll reconnect with your authentic self, rediscover joy and wonder, release childhood wounds, and learn simple self-soothing tools you can return to anytime.

Led by Jennifer Solarte (Reiki Master, Somatic Practitioner, Trauma Coach, Founder of &Rise) and Kelsey Hoff (poet, MFA, peer mental health advocate).
