APHysio has moved! Our new address is 750 E Washington St in Medina, just a few blocks east of the Medina square. It's been a great couple of years at Liberty Row but I'm excited to be in a larger more functional space. Stay tuned for photos of the new location!

I cannot let this day pass without honoring all the amazing women in my life, both personally and professionally. I have focused my work and my career on helping women, and it is and has been one of the most fulfilling things in my life. To all of the incredible women who have crossed my path: I see you, I admire you, I appreciate you. Today and always.

I am so excited to announce that I have moved APHysio to a new space a block away from the historic Medina square. After years of being a mobile practice and then working out of my home, an opportunity fell into my lap and I felt it was time. Come and see me at 445 W Liberty Street!

Today I had the pleasure of speaking to the staff and leaders at about rider biomechanics and how to better balance our bodies in and out of the saddle, and how to help their students do the same. This is one of my favorite things to do, combining two of my passions. Thank you to Fieldstone for having me at your beautiful barn.
