I have focused my work and my career on helping women, and it is and has been one of the most fulfilling things in my life. I am so excited to announce that I have moved APHysio to a new space a block away from the historic Medina square. After years of being a mobile practice and then working out of my home, an opportunity fell into my lap and I felt it was time. Come and see me at 445 W Liberty Street!

Today I had the pleasure of speaking to the staff and leaders at about rider biomechanics and how to better balance our bodies in and out of the saddle, and how to help their students do the same. This is one of my favorite things to do, combining two of my passions. Thank you to Fieldstone for having me at your beautiful barn.
