Welcome to this awesome program!
I have a problem with food (compulsive overeater). I started on 05/02, and I honestly didn't think I would be able to go the whole 30 days.
The First 4-5 days were not what I expected. The entrance to the program was smooth. But then I got a little more confident and started to cook obsessively for my family. As a result, I had a little hiccup (I ate a bowl of soup). I called Olga the next day, and she encouraged me to continue and don't dwell on this little stumble. So I did!
Today, I feel more energy and inner peace. My sleep is excellent! My skin has gotten better. Weight also dropped by 16 pounds, but this is not the limit. I plan to continue (I want to do juices for breakfast and lunch).
The most important thing that happened was my mental and physiological switch. My obsession with food has diminished. I am still a foodie, and cooking various cuisines is my hobby. But I do not want to eat sweets and unhealthy food. I want to eat something light and learn how to cook plant-based dishes.
Something happened to my taste buds. Tastes have become much more pronounced! Yesterday I ate an apple for dinner, and I felt like I got high!
So, if I could do it - you can do it! It seems impossible until it's done!
