Summer is officially here, which means our team has more time to write letters! So far in 2025, we’ve sent over 150 handwritten letters across the globe to people who needed a little love and encouragement.

Each letter is written by hand inside a handmade card, and filled with heartfelt words of encouragement. We send letters free of charge to individuals, and we also fulfill bulk requests for treatment programs. This year, we’ve sent letters to places like McLean Hospital, MiraVista, Anxiety Institute, and more. We also recently handed out notes to attendees at the New Jersey OCD Walk earlier this month!

Right now, we have a growing list of letter requests waiting to be sent — and more come in each week. If you’d like to support this work, we’d be so grateful.

We’re currently in need of:
- Donations from our Amazon Wishlist
- Monetary donations of any amount
- Physical supplies (especially stamps!)
