We all want results faster, but the reality is we need to work smarter and be more consistent. Safety and efficacy are the most important things in fitness. You won't find those 2 words associated with any of these things. Appropriate workouts vary by individuals and their goals, but some general rules of thumb are to make sure you are uncomfortable, yet in control and don't be complacent. Your body responds to change.
