📣 NEW GROUP ALERT! 📣 … Starting January 2025, Stephanie is running a ✨Mindfulness✨ Support Group for Difficult Life Transitions.

Are you struggling with a major life transition? (Loss, Family System change, recent move, career change, school, etc) We all experience various changes in life and, at times, the weight of such events can feel too difficult to bare alone. We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and at peace with whatever life has thrown at you.

This uniquely designed support group incorporates mindfulness and creative activities (music, crafting, art, movement, and more) to regulate emotions and foster insight, support, and healing while discussing a difficult topic for most: change.
