So you guys, I was clippin’ right along, jamming to my music & sooo excited that I was running under a 10 min mile (have been pacing between 10:20-10:45 for awhile now), and I totally bit it on a tree root & face planted while trying to avoid people on the sidewalk😂😂, like seriously sliding into home plate. Running on city streets and sidewalks presents it’s challenges, but I popped right up & continued for another 1/2 mile to keep my pace at 9:46🙌🏻👊🏻😃.

Hey Facebook friends! I’m a speaker in this online symposium for nutrition entrepreneurs. It is a 4 day online conference with access to 17 experts and 20 CEUs.
