Happy Sunday everyone, I truly hope you are well! 🌷
I’ll be honest, I’ve never really been a yoga person. 🧘🏾♀️I thrive in high intensity group fitness and have struggled in the past to find my “zen”. But Y’ALL. I have to share this app! I discovered the on a whim and it's honestly made my shelter-in-place experience so much better. I want to share it with you because during these confusing and uncertain times, I’m finding new opportunities to slow down and be present with myself- and wish the same for you.
I’m a mover so I enjoy:
•adjusting the intensity /pace/focus/and even narration settings.
•the fact that I’ll never do the same workout twice.
•the thoughtfulness and overall quality of the app.
•and quite honestly that it’s totally free until at least May 1st 😂.
They also offer HIIT, Barre, and 7 min workouts for the busy bodies. All free!
