On December 12, our team visited one of our partners, CICS Ralph Ellison High School, for their resource fair! This is now the 5th year we’ve had the opportunity to meet with local high school students and discuss our mission, goals, and impact within the community.

It is always so rewarding to be able to provide an opportunity for young students to explore topics related to mental health and offer them tools to better navigate their own mental wellbeing. As we spoke to students about the therapy services we offer, they had the chance to color and take home mini journals to continue the mindful practice at home. We look forward to continuing this partnership for years to come, and we are always looking to expand our connections in the surrounding Chicago community.
