‼️‼️‼️What Does Jazmyn want?‼️‼️‼️

In the Beginning stages of therapy my therapist what give me homework at the end of every session. What does Jazmyn want?was the question that literally ROCKED my WORLD everytime I attempted to answer the question the answers were all about my children, relationship status, career goals, friends, and family. I was confused and I couldn’t understand why until I did some more digging and I realize that due to the trauma that I experienced in my child hood I developed Dissociation Disorder. I HAD NO IDEA of who I was I only knew my name that is it I continued to go to therapy to be honest this is when therapy got extremely difficult because I had to address the sexual abuse and the alienation that I experienced from my family due to me never changing my story I cried alot, I walked alot, I watched sermons, and I read multiple books to help me in this process I refused to give up on me I decided no more disconnection from myself I remember crying out to GOD and asking him to change my thoughts that I had towards myself I literally said give me a new mind I hate this one and BABY when I tell you he did a work in me like i never experienced GOD revealed me to me this scripture is what I hold to my heart anytime I speak to anyone because this scripture grounded me in my self discovery journey Jeremiah 29: 11 (NIV) “for I know the plans I have for you declares the lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future. The journey was so real for me that I decided to hang these photos over my bed so that I faced me daily it served as a daily reminder for me to fight for me to let go of what happened to me in order for me to obtain my destiny I love you all and if you can please share this.❤️❤️❤️❤️

TODAY was AMAZING I appreciate the love and support that all of you have shown, The Best part of this workshop to me is watching women build their vision/ Future. Always remember YOU ARE WORThY, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, and YOU ARE A SURVIVOR.
