Healthy Iced Tea Refreshments from Wild Bliss

Summer is here. You have the option to enjoy our healthy infusions on ice to cool off on hot summer days.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Measure about 4g/cup of water of loose tea to make the infusion. We need double strength so when poured over ice it will mix in with melted ice for regular flavor strength.
If no ice will be used add 2g/cup of water.

2. Pour boiling water (1 cup/4g) over the loose tea, cover and steep for 15-20 minutes or until all herbs settle on bottom.

3. Fill your glass or flask with ice and then pour hot tea over. You can pair with lemon, honey and fresh mint for a refreshing taste. Pictured bellow is our Elderflower infusion on ice.
