I used to ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜ฎ๐˜บ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ง ๐˜ถ๐˜ฑ over doing a home workout.

Part of it was being stuck in a scarcity mindset, so I needed to get my moneyโ€™s worth. ๐Ÿ’ธ

But a ๐—•๐—œ๐—š factor was that I saw a gym workout as the superior workout.
