It can be hard coming to terms with having a bad breastfeeding experience, and many are left wondering if it could be different the next time.

I was in a room full of physicians and we were asked to raise our hands if we had experienced either birth or postpartum/breastfeeding trauma. Everyone raised their hands. It is more common than you think, and it's so important to get help processing it 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

My 4th Trimester Packages can help with this support, but mental health support is really essential for everyone going through the experience of bringing a child into this world (in any way, shape or form). It usually doesn't look how we expected it to, and that can be scary, upsetting, and downright traumatic.
