If you ask anyone who has had a baby whether they would have liked to have a home visiting physician looking after them after the baby was born, you will invariably hear a resounding "YES!" 👍

Unfortunately, this resource has not been easily available in the US.... Until now!

If you are having a baby, you will be healing from a major physical event, adjusting to your new role as a parent, going to frequent pediatrician appointments (on average 4 visits during the first month alone!), trying to find time to eat, go to the bathroom, sleep! I don't want to scare anyone, but it is not an easy time, and it's important and necessary to have your village up and ready to help you after that baby comes.

Comprehensive postpartum care for both MOMS and babies has been shown to decrease the prevalence of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

I love this sweet moment I captured on the last day of this family's 4th Trimester Care Package. This mama knew, after having two previous challenging postpartum experiences, that she needed to do things differently this time, so decided to invest in a 4th Trimester Package to help ease the transition, get close lactation support, and to ensure support was at her fingertips whenever she needed it over the first weeks.

I enjoyed every minute of caring for mom, baby, and getting to know the big siblings and dad as well. We went from a hot late summer birthday to a a crisp fall day for our goodbye, and all the while I was so honored to be invited into their home to share this personal experience and to help make it more what she envisioned this time around. 💞
