Having a relationship with a practice like Wildflower reminds us why connection matters so deeply in this work. They are a practice that fills your heart and uplifts other small businesses. When we invest in, value, and support one another, we avoid the trap of “in-groups” and “out-groups” and remember that we are all part of a shared field of care. The more options, voices, and paths to healing that exist, the more fully our clients (and our wider community) are supported.

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) is a parent-based program (yes, parents only!) that empowers caregivers to respond differently to their child’s anxiety + OCD. Instead of accommodating fears (like constant reassurance or avoidance), SPACE guides parents to gently step back—sending the powerful message: “We believe in you. You can handle this.”
💡 Why we love it:
    •    Helps when kids/teens aren’t ready for therapy
    •    Gives parents active tools to support change now
    •    Adapted for young adults living with parents facing struggles with independence due to anxiety

SPACE opens new doors for families…and we’ve seen it make a big difference. 💙

We had such a wonderful time at this year’s Chicagoland OCD Walk! 💙

From stopping by our table to spin the wheel of uncertainty 🎡 to connecting with so many amazing colleagues, friends, and community members — the day was filled with connection, hope, and powerful moments of support.

The OCD Walk is more than just an event — it’s a chance to raise awareness, share stories, and remind those on their journey of recovery that they are not alone. Together, we’re building a stronger, more supportive community and helping shine a light on what it really means to live with OCD.

Here’s to continuing the work, the conversations, and the impact. Thanks to the amazing crew & !
