The Greatness of You - As we often do, our mind focuses on all our faults, so this episode is to highlight all the awesome traits we do have. The guides lead us in a meditation to see our faults in a different light. We look at what bothers Christina about herself and find it's actually issues from her childhood. Angie on the other hand got promoted because of a trait that has been viewed as a fault. Every time we choose to nurture ourselves we are also teaching our children to nurture themselves.
