1️⃣ Choose clothes that fit your here-and-now body and don’t cause discomfort or distraction.
2️⃣ Move for enjoyment—walk, dance, stretch, or play! Find what makes you feel good, rather than moving as a means to change your body.
3️⃣ Treat your body like a friend—seek to listen to, validate, and support it every day.
4️⃣ Be mindful of the media you consume. Filter out the content that makes you feel badly about your body and follow accounts that are more size-inclusive and body diverse!
5️⃣ Honor your body’s needs—rest, nourish, hydrate, and care for yourself as best as you can.
