A bit of an update, I've been eating whatever I want with the help of my mast cell suppressing supplement concoction for about 5 months now. I'm a good healthy weight, I rarely have allergic reactions. However, I have noticed a significant increase in overall inflammation when I eat things I'm allergic to, so there's still an inflammatory response that is not being addressed by the supplements. I'm considering tweaking the recipe a bit to see if I can target more inflammatory response cells. I'll try to keep y'all updated. My life is a bit chaotic still, and my brains are response to everything that's happening is basically "shut down" so we'll see

I'm sorry I disappeared again. I've been mourning the loss of my beloved husky, Prince 😭 he died at the age of 14, he was my son's best friend and such a good boy. I don't think I will ever get rid of the guilt of not having him with us when he passed (he was being fostered until we got into stable housing, but unfortunately passed away the week after we moved in, before we could get him)
I'm here, kind of, I'll try to be, but I need more time to heal

I have made a friend on XHS who unfortunately seems to have MCAS after contracting c19. The problem they currently have is that they aren't able to find any doctors knowledgeable about MCAS in China and many doctors they've seen are unaware of how to deal with MCAS or are in disbelief that it even exists. I'm wondering if any of my international followers have any resources I can share with them? I've looked on Google but haven't found much help. I've already shared my personal supplement / medication knowledge with them, but they need to see a doctor that can help.

Once a year I place an order for contacts from my Chinese circle lense distributor because American contact lenses are overpriced and I like the special effects lenses too much to settle for regular expensive lenses. I'm really excited about the red ones and the black ones because I am honestly sick of being creeped on by men about my eyes and I can't wait to freak some dudes out! It usually takes about 3 weeks to get here, but I will attempt to make videos for each pair. Which ones should I do a makeup look with first? -June
