The holidays can be a beautiful time — but they can also feel heavy, overwhelming, or emotionally complicated. If you’ve been carrying a lot lately, you’re not alone. This group is designed to offer support, grounding, connection, and practical tools to help you move through the season with more ease.

We’ll meet on December 2 at 5 PM, with the option to join in person or virtually depending on what works best for you. Spots are limited and filling quickly, so please reach out soon to reserve your space.

✨ Giving Back This Holiday Season ✨
My wonderful intern at Lotus Healing & Wellness Center came up with a beautiful idea to support families in need this holiday season. She created a donation box at our office for non-perishable food items, and I’m so proud to support her initiative. 🪷💛

If anyone feels called to give back, we are collecting items to donate to local families who could use a little extra support right now. There is absolutely no pressure at all — even one item makes a difference.

If you’d like to contribute, feel free to reach out to me and I can coordinate drop-off or pick-up. Let’s spread some kindness this season. 🫶✨
