Current reading. This book is clever, witty and accurate. In my mind, it's a great bridge between Daniel Kahneman's amazing book Thinking Fast and Slow and the work I do with polyvagal theory/sensorimotor processing. Everyone can use a little hope. Highly recommend checking out this book.

About to run Rising Strong workshop #2. This one is for therapists. So excited to do this work with fellow healers.

Hello fellow therapists!

Due to popular demand, I am running a Dr. Brené Brown Rising Strong Workshop on January 12th and 13th. This workshop is mostly educational with space for you to apply what you learn through activity and discussion throughout the weekend. Many therapists have asked for this as I've marketed for their clients. This workshop will be a great space to safely work on your own stuff, learn some things that you can both incorporate in your own life and share with clients, and meet some other lovely clinicians. My goal is to fill this with 10 people max. I have a few, but I would like some more, so please consider signing up if this interested you or share with others that might be. This is the ONLY workshop I plan to do for just therapists this year.

Early bird price is now extended to December 31st: www.gailreichpsychotherapy.com/thedaringway
