Our hearts are full today! 💜 We’re proud to celebrate the graduation of our second After 22 Program cohort — a group of resilient, talented individuals stepping boldly into their next chapter. 🎓

The After 22 Program is named for a critical transition point: historically, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities age out of the school system at 22, often with limited options for what comes next. This program was created to change that — by offering continued learning, career training, and pathways to meaningful employment.

To our graduates: your growth, dedication, and hard work inspire us. ✨️
