Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative Reiki Meditation & Reflexology Healing Experience-a unique fusion of energy healing and therapeutic touch designed to bring balance to your mind, body and spirit.

Melissa Bruce (Reiki Master) will be using hands on Reiki Energy to help clear energetic blockages and promote deep relaxation. As you immerse yourself in this meditative state, you’ll also receive Reflexology Massage from Delilah Bakos (Certified Reflexologist and licensed Nail Technician) to help stimulate specific points on the feet to improve circulation, reduce stress, and balance the body’s energy.

Whether you’re seeking emotional balance, physical relief, or a profound sense of peace, this session is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and aligned. No prior experience is needed!

Join Jason Bruce for a 60-minute breathwork and sound healing experience in the salt room at Tranquility Massage & Bodywork located at 15905 S. Fredrick St. Ste. 101 in Plainfield.

Guided through gentle yet powerful breathing patterns, you’ll connect more deeply to your body while allowing the mineral-rich salt air to cleanse and support your respiratory system. You’ll explore fluid, circular breathing to calm and relax the nervous system, soft energizing breath for clarity, and grounding breath to release and let go of tension. The session will close with a sound healing meditation to bring you balance while integrating back to your breath and body. Perfect to get you ready for the busy holiday season ahead!
