As we come to the end of this month, I want to leave you with this:

"When the heart heals, the body can be nourished.
When the body is nourished, pain no longer leads."

Over the past few weeks, we’ve talked about inflammation, nutrition, digestion, hydration, and how all of these connect to pain.

But more importantly, we’ve talked about awareness. Healing is not something you do once and finish.

It’s something you practice.

It’s choosing to nourish your body regularly.
It’s listening when your body speaks.
It’s responding with care instead of pushing through.

You don’t have to do everything perfectly.

You just have to keep showing up — gently and consistently.

That is where real healing happens.

March reminded us that healing begins with nourishment. April invites us to look deeper at stress, because stress impacts everything: our pain, digestion, energy, and ability to heal. As we move forward, we are not starting over, we're building on what we've learned.
