Most women I talk to aren’t overeating by 1,000 calories a day…

It’s this 👇
The small stuff. The “that doesn’t count” stuff.
The extras that add up over time.
Because here’s the truth:
You don’t gain 20 lbs overnight.
You gain it slowly… in 200 calorie increments.
A little extra peanut butter.
A handful of granola.
A glass of wine at the end of the day.

None of these are “bad” on their own.
But when you’re not aware of them?

That’s where things start to drift.
And this is exactly why tracking can be such a powerful tool 👇
Not to restrict you.
Not to make you obsessive.
But to give you AWARENESS.
Because you can’t adjust what you’re not seeing.

Tracking helps you:
• Spot the little extras adding up
• Actually hit your protein (instead of guessing)

This weekend just reminded me how much I love this.

There’s something about moving your body like this…
it just feels like home.

And I don’t take it for granted.

Getting older has made me appreciate it even more…being able to move, stretch, feel strong, feel capable.

Not chasing perfect
Not trying to prove anything

Just… grateful I get to do it 🤍

Save this recipe 🤤 🍓 🍎

It’s 2-3 apples peeled and chopped (I use fuji or honeycrisp)
1 package of strawberries - chopped
1 packages of raspberries - chopped
2 kiwi (I never put in someone i make this for is allergic to kiwi so I just never put it in lol)
Chop and mix all together and then 2-3 tablespoons of jelly (any kind)
I use the seedless strawberry or this one from Costco

Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips or these siete chips

I never knew about dieting cycles.
I spent most of my life under-eating…
feeling stuck…

and thinking I just needed more discipline.
So I kept trying to eat less.
Be stricter.
Start over every Monday.
And honestly? It just made things worse.
👉 Low energy
👉 Constant hunger
👉 Zero consistency

What I didn’t realize is your body isn’t meant to diet forever.
A diet break isn’t quitting.
It’s strategy.
It’s giving your body a chance to breathe so it can actually respond again.

This is one of the biggest shifts I teach my clients, especially in their 40s because more restriction is usually NOT the answer.

If you feel stuck, tired, and like nothing is working…

I don’t usually share in here, but I decided to today because I think folks need to see what really happens with these peptides...
It’s weight loss, yes....
But it’s also...
body composition...
muscle retention/toning...
blood sugar balancing...(meaning I don’t crave cookies all day)
targeted fat burning...(the most important fat to lose is the fat around your organs...or visceral fat, and that’s what these target. FYI that fat is the life-shortening kind..)
