Allow me to re-introduce myself….
Hey hey! I’m Alison and welcome to my page!
When I was in 7th grade I used to do Denise Austin workouts and choreograph step aerobics routines in my room. I have always loved health and fitness! Growing up a dancer (who has always been short and muscular) I struggled a lot of body image and started dieting at a young age.
Over the years I have worked to heal my relationship with food and want to help other women do the same! After years of dieting and trying all the latest trends I finally found what worked. A plan where you can still enjoy meals with your family and friends but can also achieve your fitness goals. A plan that isn’t a diet, where you don’t have to start over on Monday! I go between following a macro based meal plan + an intuitive eating plan (based on the season of my life) and it help me lose the weight I put on during perimenopause. I can’t wait to share more with you!
I have a degree in Community Health, specializing in Health Education and Promotion. I also am a certified personal trainer through NASM and used to train in person clients in Los Angeles and then continued to train clients in the Chicagoland (before having kids) Then I switched to online health coaching in 2011..it allowed me to help even more people! And here we are today….I’ve launching my Nutrition Coaching business!
