Wait‼️
I was told I needed surgery.
Immediately.

“Myomectomy.” 😞
………….

However, I wasn’t sold.
Removing it is not the same as resolving it.
That was 10 years ago.

No surgery.
No drugs.
No procedures.
And my womb is thriving.🔥

Here’s what they don’t say loud enough:
Surgery removes the fibroid.

So when I say “watch and wait” is not a strategy…👎🏽

It’s not emotional.
It’s historical.
It’s systemic.
And it’s statistical.
This isn’t about fear.
It’s about awareness.

Because when you understand the pattern,
you stop personalizing the problem.

You stop saying:
“Maybe it’s just me.”🛑
It’s NOT just you.

It’s a system that was not built with your hormonal blueprint centered. And that’s exactly why being data-driven with your Unique labs, your inflammation markers, your insulin levels, etc; matters.

Let’s be real.

You can watch and wait, but while you’re watching, fibroids are growing, symptoms are stacking, and your body is working overtime…especially if you’re trying to avoid surgery.

Welcome to your go-to place to enhance your fitness and nutrition without diets and quick-fix plans. I'm here to help you THRIVE in your physical goals. As a fibroid relief advocate, my programs focus on the issues and concerns women face everyday. For women that struggle with fibroids, I provide a holistic approach to using a proven-system that combines yoga, fitness, and nutrition to alleviate the common problems associated with uterine-fibroids. I understand, first hand the pain associated with fibroids and as a nurse and coach with a specialty in corrective exercise to help others reduce stress, correct muscular-skeletal imbalances, reduce medications, heal past surgeries and live a more holistic lifestyle, I am HERE to support you.
