According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, each organ has a 2-hour window where it’s most active—called the Chinese Body Clock.
That 3am wake-up? Your liver’s processing stress.
Afternoon slump? Your body might be calling for more hydration and calm.
When we tune into these rhythms instead of pushing through them, everything shifts—from energy to anxiety to how well we sleep.
This idea inspired one of the foundations for my new course, Reclaim Your Calm—a simple, daily way to ease anxiety and reconnect to your body’s natural flow. More on that soon.
