"I wish I had done this sooner."

1.5 years postop from a bilateral vertical breast liposuction with liposuction of the lateral chest wall and preaxilla.

A vertical breast reduction, also known as a "lollipop" breast reduction, means your scar will go around the ar**la and vertically down. There is no horizontal scar along the base of the breast.

This is my preferred scar and technique for breast reductions, if possible, as I believe it gives the prettiest breast shape in the long term. Whether you are a candidate for this type of breast reduction depends on several factors, such as tissue and skin thickness and quality, the degree of skin excess you have, the degree of ptosis (or droopiness) that is present, among other factors. This is one of the many things we will discuss in detail during your consultation.

And as always, like almost every single breast reduction patient I have had...the most common response postop is..."I wish I had done this sooner."

Only 3 months postop from a full brachioplasty with liposuction for my lovely patient who was unhappy with her upper arms.

This patient had not undergone major weight fluctuations in her life. Her upper arm skin was a result of mostly genetics and the aging process.

Yes, the scars are long, but in most patients, they heal remarkably well (as you can see here) and there is no nonsurgical device on the planet that can give you this kind of result. In case you were wondering. :)

3 months postop for my lovely patient who was over her back rolls and wanted to improve how she felt and looked in clothes.

Given the degree of skin excess and laxity she had, we decided to proceed with a braline back lift together with liposuction to get these results.

She is thrilled and as you can see from her tan lines, she can now conceal her scar in her bathing suit which is always the goal. 😀
