Associate Director The Unconventional Coalition is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization based on Chicago’s South-side. All objectives, strategies, and tactics are member-driven. We call this the retention approach; which aims to create the best ideas through collaboration and give all members opportunities to voice opinions. Mission

Working to empower and support the world’s disenfranchised through civic engagement, education, community development and outreach. We believe in a world where communities can find support and resources to strengthen their voices and take on the issues most relevant to them. Objectives
Our objectives arrive, dissolve, and evolve based on member interest and enthusiasm:
• Green & Clean Project
A project to clean and cultivate urban areas neglected by government.
• S.T.E.M. Camp Fund
A fund to level the studying field to allow children from less study during summer break in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
• Safe House Initiative
An initiative that provides a safe environment for residents on blocks within disenfranchised communities. Organizational Purpose

Board of Trust
We operate under the instruction and guidelines of our board of trustees. Hubs
We are divided into three hubs that report to the board of trustees. First, the traditional hub is comprised of five officers (CLO, COO, CEO, CFO, CTO) with equal power, but different roles. Second, the unconventional hub which allows the creation of independent groups within our organization. Third, the coalition hub which is our product line. Membership
