Antoinette has been a valued part of our Social Services team for 15 years, bringing consistency, compassion, and a positive presence to those around her. She shares that her mother is her biggest inspiration and the reason she is who she is today.

Outside of work, Antoinette enjoys spending time with her partner, family, and friends, traveling, capturing memories through photography, and singing karaoke.

Saheed has been part of our MDS and Restorative team for four years. His dedication and reliability support the work of our nursing team and the care we provide each day. He shares that his father has been an important inspiration in his life.

Outside of work, Saheed enjoys maintaining a healthy balance by planning social or therapeutic activities on the weekends. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and going to karaoke.

During National Activity Professionals Week, we are proud to highlight Diana Vazquez as we celebrate her 13-year anniversary at Warren Park Health and Living Center! 🎉

As our Activities Director, Diana plays an important role in creating engaging and enriching experiences for our community. Her creativity, compassion, and dedication help residents feel connected, supported, and valued each day.

Her advice for anyone starting a career in healthcare activities:
"You have to have thick skin and compassion. Residents become like family, and everyone has a story. I always say, don’t do it for the income. Do it for the outcome!"

One of Diana’s proudest accomplishments is guiding her team through the challenges of COVID-19. Coming together, supporting one another, and moving forward as a team during that time remains one of the most meaningful experiences of her career.

One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing the lasting impact she has on people’s lives. Many residents and families stay in touch over the years, reaching out for encouragement and support, which reminds her how meaningful those connections truly are.

If she had to describe her journey here in one phrase, it would be “life-changing.” She finds purpose in helping others succeed, building strong relationships, and making a difference that extends far beyond the day to day.
