Hi Jenn!
Funny how our bodies let us know things. Yesterday I put on a favorite pair of pants I have not worn in three years! Needless to say I was excited when the zipper zipped!! Then, what surprised me ever more was as I was walking into the store, I noticed I wasn’t just merely walking, I was sashaying. I could have easily been on the runway. I felt light as air for the rest of the day. Thank you for all the good body work. Words do not express adequately how I feel in my heart to be feeling so good again.
