đź’— Thank You for Being Here Tonight đź’—

Thank you to everyone who joined me live tonight and to those watching the replay.

Sharing space, especially around topics like survivorship, family, and the holidays, is not always easy—but your presence made it meaningful. I hope tonight’s conversation reminded you that you’re not alone and that wherever you are in your journey, it’s okay.

As we move toward a new year, be gentle with yourself, protect your peace, and remember—you are the main character of your story.

Thank you for being part of Livin' Through the Lenz nfp and don't forget to like, follow and share.

See you in 2026!

Topic: What I Wish Someone Had Told Me About Survivorship

Tonight, we’re talking about what survivorship really feels like after treatment ends — the quiet battles, the emotions no one prepares us for, and the strength it takes to keep going after the bell is rung.

We’ll also talk about the holiday season—a time that can be beautiful for some and deeply painful for others. Survivors, caregivers, and families often carry emotions that aren’t talked about… especially this time of year.

If any of this sounds familiar, please join me tonight at 6:45 PM CT for Living Through the Lens on Facebook Live. You are not alone. đź’—
