Here’s a fun full-body stability ball workout you can do anywhere with just a mat and a ball 👇

Calling all ghosts, ghouls, and fitness witches — it’s time to raise the dead (aka your heart rate)! 🧟‍♀️

This beginner-friendly Halloween workout mixes cardio and resistance for a total-body burn — no fancy equipment required. Just bring your energy and maybe your favorite spooky playlist 🎶

💥 “Trick or Treat Total-Body Burn”
Format: 2 rounds • 40 sec work / 20 sec rest

🎃 Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! 👻
There’s just something about the energy, the creativity, and yes — even the candy — that makes it so much fun. Every year, I love putting together my Spooky Workout Series, and tomorrow I’ll be dropping this year’s brand-new installment! 🕸️💪

Whether you’re dressing up or passing out treats, remember — one night of candy doesn’t undo your progress. It’s all about mindset, balance, and getting right back to your healthy habits (and maybe a few squats between trick-or-treaters 😉).

This one holds such a special place in my heart — not just because of the workout itself, but because my kids got involved and helped bring it to life with their CapCut editing skills! 😂 They still talk about how much fun it was to help “produce” Mom’s Halloween workout video.

Every year, I create a Halloween-inspired workout to get your heart racing, your body sweating, and to keep away all the scary monsters. 😈⁣

🧠 Creatine isn’t just for the gym… it might help your brain too!

A new 2025 review found that adults 55+ who consumed more creatine — either through food (like meat and fish) or supplements — tended to perform better on memory and attention tasks.

Most people think of creatine only for muscle and strength, but it’s also involved in energy production inside the brain. Pretty cool, right?

While research is still early, this is another reason to keep eating nutrient-dense foods (and maybe not fear that scoop of creatine in your morning shake 😉).

Aspire to be great

Hello and thanks for stopping by. I’m Shana a mother of two beautiful children and wife to an amazing husband. I love running, football and being outdoors. I have always been an active person, I grew up enjoying sports but I let myself continue to think I could eat and do whatever I wanted to my body and there would be no consequences!

After the birth of my second child, in 2015, I was struggling with high blood pressure, a slew of hormonal issues, diabetes in the back of my brain (from family genetics) and I was topping the scale at over 200 lbs. I decided ENOUGH!

I was lucky enough to read an article by an amazing online trainer and I reached out to her for help. It was the best decision I have ever made! I did my exercises in my tiny bedroom while my young children slept and I soaked up all the information she taught me about nutrition...and ya know what?? It worked!

Fast forward today and not only am I smaller than I was when I graduated from high school but I’m healthier, smarter and now a certified personal trainer too!! And I’m ready to have the same influence on others that I was lucky enough to have! I wanted to share my story so you know where I’ve been and how dedicated I am to helping others with similar stories, so, lets get started.
