Happy St. Patrick’s Day 🍀You know I’m a sucker for a themed workout and here is a blast from the past.
If you need a little movement (and maybe a little luck), here’s a simple, effective workout you can do anywhere:
40 sec work / 20 sec rest
2–3 rounds
🍀 Star Jumps
🍀 Inch Worms
🍀 Burpees
🍀 Jumping Jacks
🍀 High Knees
🍀 Squat Taps
🍀 Plié Squats
🍀 Plank Toe Taps
🍀 Mountain Climbers
🍀 Superman Planks
