This is what I do to look good at 40yrs old!
1️⃣ Workout: I never stay comfortable. If a set feels too easy and I’m not struggling to finish my 6 - 8 reps per set, I increase the weight every time!
2️⃣ Nutrition: I eat protein with every meal. Lots of meats, yogurt, eggs, etc. But here’s a quick tip. I eat ½ a cup of cottage between meals for an extra 30 grams of protein!
3️⃣ Supplementation: Now that I'm older Joint & Tendon Health are huge concerns for me. Especially lifting heavy. So I started taking collagen peptides VERY seriously because they’re clinically proven to support joint health and tendon recovery.
