WOW! It has been a while, I am not going to let this page go to waste any longer. Quick update on where I am taking my massage journey next... I have decided to really focus in on my passion for muscle activation and sports stretch. This quarantine has been a blessing in that way, being able to organize my vision and ideas. I still intend on providing relaxing services but most of you know I am very passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation. I spent the last few years working with a ton of athletes and am only going to build on that. I also plan on posting helpful massage content here for everyday discomfort, pain, and tightness. And lastly, I am creating something even greater for my business and clients which will hopefully be revealed in the next year 🙏 I hope you all are staying healthy and active and you come out on the other side of this a better version of you! Love you guys ❤️
