Your mind may be running old software and it’s capping your potential.
It whispers things like
“You’re not ready.”
“Who do you think you are?”
“That’s for other people.”
Those aren’t truths. They’re inherited programs.

What recurring thought patterns or internal narratives limit what I believe is possible for me?
Limiting narratives aren’t character flaws.
They’re cognitive shortcuts that once served a purpose like protection or efficiency but now impose artificial constraints.
When you map and update these schemas, you’re not just changing thoughts.
You’re changing what you can even see as possible.
