Here’s how to actually get results with your MAXPRO:

🔥 1. Stop skipping the warm-up
2–3 minutes of movement (high knees, arm circles) = better workouts + fewer injuries.

⚙️ 2. Don’t ego-lift the resistance
Start lighter than you think. Lock in form → then crank it up.

🎯 3. Slow it DOWN
If you can’t control it, you’re not building it.
Control = results.

💥 4. Train more in less time
Pair movements (lunges + curls). Full-body > split days when life is busy.

🔁 5. Bored = inconsistent
Switch styles: strength, cardio, functional.
