Through Caris’ Guiding Light: Serving the Community Outreach Initiative, we were honored to collaborate with two Back-to-School Events, connecting with families, educators, and other organizations to support students as they prepare for a new school year.

These events go beyond school supplies, they foster belonging, restore dignity, and build bridges between families and their communities.

• Diapers distributed: 3,358 total
• 1,850 at one event
• 1,508 at the other

👩‍🏫 Community Impact:
• Scheduled new clients for individual and group counseling
• Built new partnerships with a CPS school for future collaboration
• Shared Caris resources with parents, teachers, counselors, etc.
