Here we go! Less then 24 hours we will be in SHOWTIME mode! Thank you GOD for all you have done to prepare me mentally, spiritually, emotionally, & physically! There is more to this prep and contest then about me or my body.. its my transformation and how I can help other change there life and lifestyles and health!
