I am a certified health & life coach, and I help women unlock their personal power, gain energy, and transform their bodies - without dieting, deprivation or extreme exercise - so they can finally start waking up feeling strong and confident in their own skin. After years of struggling with my weight, energy levels, mental health and chronic pain, I truly did not believe that I could ever get to a point of being happy, healthy, and confident. About three years ago, I decided it was time to make a change. I realized that if I didn't have time to make every aspect of my life better, then what did I have time for? The moment I started taking care of myself about three years ago was the moment I started truly living. My friends and family started noticing a shift in my mood, energy, and my physical transformation, and started asking me, "how did you do it?"

I never quite knew how to answer this question. You see, there's no "simple fix." It's truly a whole body transformation - body, mind, and soul - which is a whole lot to try and explain in a 5 minute text conversation with someone. This is why I do what I do. I realized the only way I could truly help people is to guide them through their journey of falling in love with themselves, allowing the rest of their weight and energy goals to fall into place. Know that YOUR starting point is what makes this YOUR journey. And there's only one you, so why not strive to be the best, truest, most confident version of yourself you can be? One of my all time favorite quotes when it comes to your healing journey. Your personal power and inner wisdom is already there. It’s at the core of who you are. I invite you to step into it. Step into your inner sparkle.

How? Try this on. ➡️ What if you stopped putting all of your focus and energy into “becoming something” and instead started focusing on accessing and expressing your truest, most raw, silliest, weirdest, vulnerable version of you, coming from a place of curiosity over judgement?

When you are able to access this part of you, your actions start coming from a place of alignment rather than resistance. You begin to shed yourself of anything that’s been holding you back and weighing you down, allowing you to launch forward with ease and alignment.

My #1 tip for romantic relationships: When your partner is having a bad day or venting to you, or you can just tell that something seems "off" --> ASK before you ACT. You can do this by asking this simple phrase: "How can I best support you right now?"

Why is this important? Typically our first instinct is to react in the way we would want our partner to show up for us in a similar situation. But your partner might want you to give them space instead of a hug, or to just listen instead of trying to cheer them up. Don't assume what they need from you. By ASKING before you act, you are showing up for your partner in a way that best serves them AND you. ❤️

ps - this also applies to platonic relationships too! try it out and see the difference it makes!

PS - this is easier said than done. Sometimes we truly don't have the bandwidth mentally or physically to add more to our plate. Sometimes we don't have the bandwidth to go to things we already committed to. And that's OKAY. Because in the end, you need to take care of yourself. Prioritize what's important to you and let go of anything that feels more like an obligation than a choice. And your true friends will understand. And anyone who isn't accepting of your "no" probably isn't worth being with spending your energy on in the first place.⁠

Here are some things I've said no to in the past month or so, whether it was because I was sick, I simply just had no interest in it, or I didn't want to overload my schedule:⁠

- a last-minute birthday dinner I was invited to⁠
- first dates... second dates...⁠
- taking on clients I didn't feel aligned with⁠
- a previously scheduled doctor appointment after finding a doctor I felt more comfortable with⁠
- dinner with a friend⁠

It seems like a lot of things to say no to in just one month, but saying no to all of those things allowed me to say yes to myself - to my energy levels, joy, happiness, my emotional health, mental health, and physical health. It took me a while to realize that forcing myself to go wouldn't be beneficial for anyone because I wouldn't be bringing my best vibes to the table.

A few years ago I would have felt like I needed to go to everything, even if I didn't really want to, and would feel so burnt out, a false sense of happiness masked by exhaustion... which goes against the initial intention of being with friends, dating, taking care of my health, and building a business I love. ⁠

Let's normalize saying no. Put this post on your story and send it to your friends ya'll. We got this.

Breakfast for dinner kind of night 🧇🍳

Waffles:
- 1 cup paleo pancake mix
- half mashed banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- dash of vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
- optional: tbsp of ground flax/hemp seeds for some added fiber and protein 💪🏻

Scrambled eggs hack:
🍳The secret to the deliciousness is all in the type of eggs you buy! When you’re going for eggs, look for 2 main things: pasture-raised + organic. All the other terms (cage free, free range etc.) are just marketing ploys. ⛔️

🥚Quality, pasture raised/organic eggs don’t just provide top notch nutrients (compared to conventional eggs they have significantly more vitamin D, A, and E, omega 3 fatty acids, contain less of the bad cholesterol and more of the good, heart healthy cholesterol you want)…

They also TASTE have a richer, more buttery flavor that brings your scrambled eggs to the next level and is amazing for baking too!

Ps - you can find pasture raised organic eggs at most grocery stores, but I’ve found TJ’s has the most reasonably priced!

These are testimonials from my very first few clients over 4 YEARS AGO!!! Crazy how time flies by. Each of these women experienced an incredible total body transformation and it didn’t stop after our sessions did. Over the past 4 years, they’ve continued to use the tools and mindset shifts we worked on together to raise their baseline of living in ways they only dreamed of 4 years ago. New careers, promotions, traveling, relationships… and it all started with their health. For this energizing, nutrient packed smoothie bowl, blend:
- frozen bluebs
- frozen strawberries
- frozen banana coins
- frozen spinach
- ground flax
- protein powder
- unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- topped with unsweetened coconut chips
