Hello Tree. Have lovers used you for shelter while clinging to one another?

Hello Tree. Do you long for a summer's breeze to caress your leaves so lovingly?

Hello Tree. Can you feel that I am striving to lean into loving me?

Hello Tree. I feel like I can whisper my secrets and fears into your hidden ears.

Hey y'all! Anyone else still feeling the full moon in scorpio vibes?

Spirit is winking at us through the energy fields quite loudly, I love the full moon on the inspiration card. ✨️

Spirit reminds us to keep it simple, to choose happiness and follow our hearts towards inspiration, connection, healing and love ❤️

When we are in our hearts in the flow state our inspiration feels heightened and effortless.

Just hopping on here to share my first poem of the new year. It doesn't have a title yet and I may edit a few things in or out but I felt inspired to share it with you beautiful lights!

Here I lay,
I am just one.
Just one starchild
Just one spirit
Just one light
I am small beneath a blanket of twinkling stars.
I am sinking into the sand.
The earth is my bed.
These rocks are my pillows.
These ancient trees are my protectors.
This lake is my breathe.
My breathe flows as swiftly as each wave, in and out, and ever expanding.
The flow of the water sweeps me away in euphoric delight.
I am free.
My body is just a container for who I am truly destined to be.
I am everything I feel.
I am everything I see.
I am free to be me.

Hello beautiful bright lights!

Our fae friends want to remind us of our personal power today. Everyone has freewill to choose what they feel is best for them with the information and resources they have access to.

Life is a constant cycle of choices leading us closer to alignment and our soul's calling. If we take the time to slow down, breathe, anchor in our heart energy and connect with our higher self we can receive the support and guidance we need to move towards empowered choice.

You are neverly truly stuck. I know some situations can really put the pressure on you and you may feel stuck but you aren't. You can always chose to create a shift and encourage change no matter how small. It is a start and that energy will build as you continue to explore and express your personal power ✨️

Hello beautiful bright lights!

I would love to talk about our ROOT Chakra today, our root is our first physical chakra and our foundation to begin our self healing journey.
Our root is our sense of security and safety in our physical bodies. It is also responsible for how we connect to our Mother Earth, family and communities. 🍃

I often find myself beginning with this chakra with my clients, I love to say hello to their feet. I love to hold and support their feet to encourage safety and security in their physical body. It is a signal to know this is a safe space for healing and to embrace the energetic shifts we can work towards together for their highest good. 🌀

One of my absolute favorite ways to balance our root chakra is through earthing. Getting barefoot in the grass, dirt and sand. It is a beautiful way to say hello and give thanks to Mother Earth. It helps create connection to our body, reduces inflammation, eases muscle and mental stress. If you aren't into being barefoot then get your hands on some trees, they love it too! Send your thanks and gratitude to them and they will share some marvelous healing energy your way. ✨️

I also recommend working with affirmations to build and foster the energy in your root chakra. Here are a few of my favorites:

I am safe.
I am rooted in who I am.
I am secure and safe in my physical body.
I am supported and loved by Mother Earth.
I am an essential part of my family/community.

Lastly, YOGA! Yoga is so beneficial to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. Some of my favorite poses for root healing are Mountain Pose, Tree Pose, Volcano Pose and Seated Pose. Really any Pose that connects your feet or sits bones to the ground will do the trick. So I would encourage you to move around and find out what feels best in your body.

Our Angel guides are always near by all we have to do is invite them in to our experiences.

I have found that they sometimes reach out to us in playful ways, like these sweet leaves 🍂

We can also invite them in to our mediation and prayer practice. We can literally hang out with them and invite them in to everything we do. They love it! They want to help support you and give you those little nudges to help you align with your soul's calling.

Don't forget to thank them and express your gratitude to them because they are not your personal servants. They are more like a big sister or brother that genuinely loves you and wants to help support your growth. You are building a sacred cosmic relationship when you connect with them.

Good morning bright lights!
Happy Full Supermoon in Ta**us 🌟✨️

In honor of our beautiful mother moon being in an earth sign, these Celtic tree wisdom cards were calling to lend us some guidance and inspiration. So grateful to all of the trees around our globe for providing us with oxygen, shade, shelter and beauty ❤️

Their messages are so aligned with the moons energy, we are reminded that all things are transient. Our feelings, our relationships, our income, everything is constantly in motion and evolving. That is part of our souls purpose to go with the flow and move towards our highest good.

Some changes can be sudden, painful, uncomfortable and we just don't feel ready for them. It can shake up our foundation. We can pull so much inspiration from our tree friends. They remind us to stand tall, be rooted in who we are but to remain flexible and flow with ease. 🌳🌿🍃

Fear is a natural reaction to change BUT we are SO supported by our cosmic energies, guides and helpers. We are never truly alone on our journey. We have to look fear in the eyes and move forward anyway. Everything is going to work out in accordance with divine timing ✨️
