Healthy Habits Group Chicago Using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, this twelve week interactive class will help:
EXAMINE the tho It's great for weight loss, but its more than just that.

It's not really a class, or a group, it's a program, and its starting a new mindset on health in your life. It uses a thinking and behaviors type approach to look at your goals, what thoughts and beliefs you have get in the way of those goals, and how can you set up a new way of thinking in order to live your life differently. The program is 12 weeks. It includes 12 group sessions. In each session there is a learning component, a review of at home tasks, learning and support from the rest of the group, and goals for the next time. I give you a binder where you have everything written down, collect articles and recipes from me each week, and continue to identify and change your goals and thought processes. Also, towards the middle of the program, I bring in speakers to help you change your health life including a nutritionist, personal trainer, inspirational speaker, and more. In addition as a part of the program you get weekly emails and texts, 3 individualized one on one consultation sessions, and a running tutorial/clinic.
