Hey everyone, it is truly a mixed feeling having received phone calls and emails requesting sessions literally every single day since we last took appointments on 3.12 but the good news is we are opening up in a few days. Everything has been prepped and just picked up face shields today for staff. We are sure there will be a little bit of an adjustment period but we will get through it together just like we have for the last 7 award winning years. What happens when we reopen?
Everyone who has ever visited us knows our impeccable standards for cleanliness, but in the interest of going the extra mile for standard of care both for our clients and our staff we will be using and requiring masks for everyone in the facility, our staff will be using face shields, and we plan to have uv sanitizers in every area. Hang in there, and we hope to see you soon!

Seven years ago we set the standard from day one on maintaining an obsessively clean environment for our customers and our staff to the point where folks often commented on how excessive it seemed, but when your spa rules and procedures were created by a military veteran there is no room for cutting corners. Who would have known that all those little extra things like complete linen changes after sessions, disinfecting tables after each session and cleaning bathrooms after each customer would pay such dividends...rest assured during these crazy times that Reflexion Spa is committed to keeping our clients and our staff safe.
