Our third session was all about mobility, movement, and motivation and Ms. Tee delivered! 💪🏾🪑

With a fun and functional chair exercise sessions our seniors got moving in ways that support strength, balance, and independence. Chair workouts are a powerful reminder that movement can meet you exactly where you are and still make a BIG impact.
