Hiiii!! I'm Lisa, the face behind the space! ☺️

If you're new here, welcome! I'm so happy you found me!

Studio Aura, a yoga & fitness studio opened up in June 2025 but before that I was a traveling yoga studio known as Stix Yoga!

What began as a way to strengthen my body became the greatest tool for strengthening my mind and spirit.

Yoga left me feeling calm, strong, & grounded in both body and mind, and I knew this was something everyone deserved to feel-so I made it my purpose to share it.

I am extremely passionate about yoga & strength training-I'm on a mission to share the balance of strength with softness and power with peace.

Something you may not know about me...

I am a nail technician for over 25 years! 💅 After almost 20 years working in the BEST salon in Chicago I took a leap of faith and retired December 2024! I am so thankful for my time there- especially meeting some of my very best friends, but l will never regret the decision I made to put myself and my passion first! I truly believe the scariest things are the most rewarding! 🌟
