Having had a successful celebrity styling career for over 25 years I have decided to follow my true passion for mindfulness, meditation, life coaching, crystal healing and NLP. As a fully insured and certified coach, I use my experience and knowledge to guide others toward personal growth, awareness and happiness. I have practiced meditation for over 35 years and the benefits are lifechanging and transformative. The power of regular meditation for stress management and lifestyle happiness has helped me maintain balance and focus throughout the hectic and challenging experience of the entertainment industry. My expert knowledge in the field of human relations and ego-driven behaviors has equipped me with a sensitive and present approach to facilitating my bespoke classes and individual coaching. Having empathy and intuition allows me to connect with the needs of others. Sometimes, when I walk into a big class,twenty, thirty people, it’s so quiet you could hear a pin drop.
Everyone’s looking at me.
I’m trying to get my things out, get organised, remember what I’m going to say… and make sure it all sounds clear and simple, not like the jumble that’s in my mind.

And that’s when the panic starts.
What if I forget?
What if someone doesn’t understand?
What if someone speaks up and says, “That’s nonsense”?

All those thoughts rush in, the dreaded monkeys, trying to sabotage me.
But then I remember why I do this.

Because I love it.
I love seeing my classes, sharing what I’ve learned, and helping others feel what I’ve experienced myself.
When I reconnect to that purpose, I feel grounded again.

And here’s the best part when I smile, everyone smiles back.
The energy shifts, the room is warm and I realise it was never something to fear.
It’s not a catastrophic moment it’s a 🤩 fun and lovely time 🧡 🙏🦋🥰😍❤️

🧘‍♀️ What’s the difference between sleeping and meditating?

When you sleep, your body rests and your mind drifts into dreams.
When you meditate, your body still rests but your mind wakes up.

In meditation, you’re aware, present, and connected.
It’s conscious rest deep, calm, and restoring in a completely different way.

✨ Sleep resets the body.
✨ Meditation resets the mind.

Both are essential one helps you recover, the other helps you remember who you are.

🌿 A Gentle Reminder from Me (and Maybe for You Too) 🌿

I noticed something recently that can shift me into a funny mood. I said “you” at first, but really I meant “me.”

Instagram. I absolutely love it — I’ve met some wonderful people there. But if I’m not careful, it also sparks a quiet kind of voyeurism… scrolling, comparing, wondering:
“Why is someone else doing more than me?”
“Why do they have more followers?”

It’s strange, isn’t it? Someone who practices and teaches mindfulness being triggered this way. But I know where it comes from. As a child I was extremely competitive, always trying to get attention, to prove I was worthy of love. The root of it all: people-pleasing. Trying to make others like me so I could feel okay about myself.

But here’s the shift. When I catch myself feeling like that, I pause.
I sit down.
I take a few deep breaths.
I gently look at all those voices in my head and ask:
“What effect will these thoughts have on my life in this very moment?”

And then I imagine those thoughts as single drops of water, and I pour them back into a big bucket, watching them dissolve.

And just like that, I come back to myself.
And today? I’m having a good day again. 💛
