As a health and nutrition coach, I help people to realize their health goals which might include weight loss, starting and sustaining an exercise regimen or slowing down and managing stress, and teaching people how to cook simple healthy food. As part of my coaching practice, I also give talks on nutrition related topics and teach healthy cooking classes. I have worked in the field of massage ther

apy for 28 years with a focus on clinical approaches. I am an orthopedic massage therapist which includes assessment of injuries and pain syndromes with subsequent treatment including orthopedic and neuromuscular massage techniques and active isolated stretching. I also teach Orthopedic Massage Workshops to massage therapists for continuing education credit.
