We were proud to have Brittany represent Senior Lifestyle as a panelist, where she discussed how personalization is a mindset — not a person — and emphasized that our greatest opportunity for the future lies in building consistency.

This conference was a powerful reminder of the incredible work being done across our industry in Memory Care — and how much opportunity there still is to grow, learn, and innovate.
