Gasp! Real butter will help me lose weight?!?! not gain it?!?!

yes my friends, and based on how many of u liked my “ab check” video yesterday I can tell ur intrigued. Like I’ve said a million times, I would not steer you guys wrong, and in fact I’m handing you out all of this information that my clients pay me for 😂 but thats okay because i really don’t want anyone to suffer as I have. Not only have I struggled with my weight since I was in high school, but I’ve also been very sick my whole life, I’ve had gut health problems galore, and even had gallbladder issues... So not only does all of this come from hours of research, listening to other experts, but my own damn experience.

So yes, eat ur damn butter! and STOP eating ANYTHING that has poly or mono saturated fats in it. and believe me, if it comes in a bag or box, it WILL have some type of oil in it! Some even do this “and/or” s**t and im like 🤨 the f**k? YOU DONT KNOW?!?! 🤦🏻‍♀️
Soooooooo:
-stop draining the amazing fats when u cook meat!
-if u need something to grease the pan, use left over animal fat, butter, or buy tallow/suet
-if u r gonna start eating butter by the pound, ya gotta make sure its grass fed/finished. and no, thats not me buying stuck up bish, if an animal is fed corn bulls**t feed, then guess what ur eating 💁🏻‍♀️

manufactured by-product (polyunsaturated fatty acids) however does. So f**k your health, and your life my friends. They will market this PUFA poison to you like its the best thing since sliced bread and will laugh as they swim in ur money.

Sad, but very very true. 😬😭

However, before you start drinking your ground beef fat straight out of the pan. it is a process switching back to our ancestral preferred energy source. you might need to address some underlying health problems first. But when you do, i guarantee and allll of my clients will tell you, their life/health/energy/athletic performance as increased 10fold!

For example: Because of my previous diet, i had Gallbladder “sludge” (forming stones) and had a very hard time processing fatty foods of any kind. The doctors tried to even take my gallbladder out! “cuz its hereditary” 🙄 and even though my poor mom had hers stolen from her, i said no, i know i can fix it naturally! and i did! Now i ONLY eat red meat as fatty as i can find em and with each bite i know that my cells are functioning as they should, storing these good fats as energy, properly singling to my brain when they are full and even shrinking my pesky lipid cells to get smaller and smaller.

Unless protein is something you are already tracking, I WILL BET MONEY THAT YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH PROTEIN. 🤑

I see it every single damn time I start coaching someone. Even people who are “health” conscious, and think they are eating enough protein, aren’t 😩 and this isn’t really your fault so don’t feel bad! From childhood, none of us are fed anywhere near the amount of protein we should be given. (there is even research showing that this is partly why are jaw bones are shrinking and why we all have to have braces/wisdom teeth removed )

So of course our perspective of how much meat to eat is so messed up. and then you add the even more f**ked up narrative that meat (red) is bad for you, and you get what we have: which is the most sick and most unhealthy society humanity has EVER been.

DM me if you have questions of why eating enough protein is important for your health.

So how much should u be eating? 1g of protein for every 1lb of body weight. So if your 130lbs, you should be eating 130g of protein. which would look like this:
4oz hamburger
4oz chicken
3oz turkey meat
6oz tri tip
2 whole eggs
1 protein shake or another meat meal!

😳 See! thats a lot of food! most clients look at me with jaws dropped! they r so shocked that they have to eat that much AND that it will help them lose weight! and thats not including their carb or fat sources.

Now the only excepts to this rule is 1. if u are wanting to put on a lot of muscle and work out VERY hard everyday, then u should be eating up to 1.3g per lb oooor 2. if u main goal is to lose body fat then eat the protein amount of your goal body weight.

Now, i will say (and before someone chimes in with “well actually”) yes, it is possible for your body to chemically convert excess amounts of protein into glucose and thennnn into fat. but A. that is a lot of freakin work for ur body to do, so it will only do that if it reallllly has to and B. the amount of protein you would need to eat would most likely make you feel 🤮

Every single person that I’ve started coaching has NOT been eating the amount of protein that their body needs. Which is a huge problem for so many many reasons!
1. meat is actually one of the best sources of vitamins and minerals!
2. your not giving your body the building blocks to build muscle and heal/recover
3. protein is a “high calorie” meal, which is a good thing! Hit ur calorie goal with good protein dense calories! not bulls**t veggies or insulin spiking foods.

and let me tell you, its HARD to eat enough protein. It usually takes my clients two weeks to consistently hit their protein numbers every day.

and can you imagine... to go from limiting yourself and constantly being hungry cuz ur “dieting” to actually having a hard time eat all the food you have to eat! it is not only good for your body (and i could talk your ear off for an hour telling you why) but also your mind! It is such a freeing feeling to move into eating more AND losing weight, instead of having to starve yourself just to lose body fat. (very slowly and does it ever stay off that way?)

I’m sure you’ve been sold the same lie that i was: saturated fat BAD. but thats the biggest lie thats been told to the public since... fill in the blank ;) lol

The real villain? POLYUNSATURATED FAT. the research behind this, some even dating back 70yrs! is undeniable. im talking about 100’s of studies and peer-reviewed, data based research that shows that saturated fat does not cause heart disease or diabetes or anything else. in fact, it usually improves these problems. and in the flip side, poly unsaturated fat causes more health problems then i have space to type out in this post. So go type in Linoleic acid oil % and go see for yourself the s**t u need to start avoiding. ill tell u what u SHOULD be eating cuz that list is a hell of a lot smaller.
-grass fed/finished animal fat
-butter
- mayyyyybe coconut or avocado IF well sources AND you know u are not insulin resistant.

Building the body YOU want, what ever that looks like, takes time. IT TAKES FU***NG TIME. I think the thing that has astounded me the most about this pandemic, is the fact that we are already dying by the tens of MILLIONS, and yet unhealthy food has not been outlawed... exercise has not become mandatory... and most people are not even remotely being educated on what heart disease is, what are the symptoms, causes, and how to prevent it. and no, its not hereditary, as you’ve probably been led to believe. you might be predisposed to developing the condition because of your genetics, but that is no way an open and shut case for you getting it as you get older. In general, this bulls**t belief that we break down as we get older is just a bunch of baloney to begin with. yes you get old, and yes you will die, but you don’t have to go out painful, miserable, and losing your marbles. as you’ve probably already guessed, so whats the answer to this problem?

And NO! it has nothing to do with sugar! (I will explain whyyyy this has become a huge confusion later)

So as most of you know, there are 2 types of Diabetes, and simply put:

Type 1 is a condition that can develop based on genetics or becoming severely ill/having an autoimmune disease. The biggest and most important difference from type 1 and 2 all comes down to insulin (A term I’m sure your familiar hearing in reference to Diabetes) Type 1 is where ur pancreas under produces ENOUGH insulin. Which is why individuals with type 1 have to take insulin injections just so that they have a normal amounts of insulin in their body.

NOOOOOW...

type 2 is when your pancreas has had to produce too much insulin for an extended amount of time (becuase of diet, especially eating things like seed oils and processed garbage) so now the body (organs, muscles, bones, and brains) is no longer responsive to this crucial hormone and now it needs more and more insulin in order to stay alive. and as you can imagine, type 2 is a scenario that can only get worse and worse like a druggie always needing more.

Now, where the heck and why do people think Diabetes is caused by people eating to much sugar? welllll, one of the things that can cause Insulin to rise is *drum roll* sugar. but really any type of carb (anything thats not meat and/or fat) does that. So yes, if you constantly eat an unhealthy amount of carbs (and like, what DOESNT have sugar in it now a days) while also consuming seed/veg oils that cause your body to stop working at the mitochondrial level... then bam you have Diabetes (type 2) and weight gain, and mostly likely a whole host of other health problems and probably mental as well.

So how can we ALL avoid getting either type? (do i even have to say it? 😝) DIET!!! If you already have been diagnosed with Diabetes, I’m in now way saying you don’t need some type of medication. Just so you don’t die from liver failure, WHILE you clean up your diet (and then u can tell the meds to go f**k off.) And what diet can actually cure Diabetes (and THE ONLY diet or med that can claim that) is a carnivore diet. Just google keto or carnivore Diabetes recovery ;)
