Gasp! Real butter will help me lose weight?!?! not gain it?!?!
yes my friends, and based on how many of u liked my “ab check” video yesterday I can tell ur intrigued. Like I’ve said a million times, I would not steer you guys wrong, and in fact I’m handing you out all of this information that my clients pay me for 😂 but thats okay because i really don’t want anyone to suffer as I have. Not only have I struggled with my weight since I was in high school, but I’ve also been very sick my whole life, I’ve had gut health problems galore, and even had gallbladder issues... So not only does all of this come from hours of research, listening to other experts, but my own damn experience.
So yes, eat ur damn butter! and STOP eating ANYTHING that has poly or mono saturated fats in it. and believe me, if it comes in a bag or box, it WILL have some type of oil in it! Some even do this “and/or” s**t and im like 🤨 the f**k? YOU DONT KNOW?!?! 🤦🏻♀️
Soooooooo:
-stop draining the amazing fats when u cook meat!
-if u need something to grease the pan, use left over animal fat, butter, or buy tallow/suet
-if u r gonna start eating butter by the pound, ya gotta make sure its grass fed/finished. and no, thats not me buying stuck up bish, if an animal is fed corn bulls**t feed, then guess what ur eating 💁🏻♀️
