First, thank you— for showing up for your own healing, trusting me with your somatic journey, and allowing me to do the work I love. Over the years, I’ve been deeply moved by your stories, resilience, and willingness to try something different.
And now, I want to share some personal news with you.
Very soon, I’ll be going back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. It’s a big shift, but one that aligns beautifully with my values and my passion for trauma-informed, body-based healing and I hope it will make what I do more accessible. I’ll be taking prerequisite classes in the Fall, and my formal training begins in January. The full program will take about two years.
So what does that mean for you?
🔹 I’m still teaching! I'll still be at my Tuesday morning class at 9 a.m. at the Chico Holistic Wellness Center. Check class pricing and details here https://www.chicoholisticwellness.com/yoga-schedule
🔹 Reiki sessions are no longer available. If you are in need of Reiki healing, let me know and I'll be happy to help you find a provider who will be a good match for you.
🔹 Private sessions are still available for my current and returning clients—but starting now, I won’t be accepting any new clients.
🔹 If you or someone you know is looking for a certified yoga therapist in Chico, I highly recommend Cierra Clark, who has the same training I do and brings her own grounded, compassionate style to the work.

🔹 My rate for private sessions is now $120/hour, and online booking is no longer available. I won't be looking at social media a much, so if you’d like to schedule, please call or text me directly at (530) 828-4725.
There will likely be a few more changes as I balance school, family, and teaching—so stay tuned. I’ll keep you posted through my newsletter. To join my newsletter, visit https://www.jeanetteconery.com
In the meantime, please know this: I’m not going anywhere.
I’m still here, still offering trauma-informed somatic yoga therapy, and still so grateful to walk beside you on your healing path.
