Peaceful Kids Yoga with Miss Elaine uses fun yoga games and songs to teach kids yoga in a fun way.

Miss Elaine is a certified teacher with the "Kidding Around Yoga" program. She is also a certified massage therapist and personal trainer. Miss Elaine loves teaching people how to move their bodies and how to find peace and calm in their lives.

I love seeing both kiddos and parents enjoy the class.

Each class we get to be silly, practice yoga poses, and meditate in our peaceful garden. This class is for all to enjoy.

Hi! It's Miss Elaine and it's been a long time.

I've missed teaching classes and I'm ready to get going again. I have sent my class proposal to a local business that has space for me to teach and I'm exploring other options as well. . .possibly even teaching through CARD. Only time will tell.

So be on the lookout for dates coming soon!

Unfortunately, classes for this week have been canceled, but there are still opportunities for our toddlers and older kids this month.

I am currently restructuring classes and hope to have a fall schedule in two weeks.

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers and caregivers that help support, care for, and love the little yogis in their life.

I'm grateful for my dad and the hard work ethic he showed me.

I'm grateful for my husband and the love and time he gives my kids.

May it be a special day for all families.

Two days into summer break and I had little yogi was complaining about how boring summer was 🤦🏽‍♀️ Made a summer bucket list for him to see how untrue that statement is.

Be sure to add to yoga classes to your summer bucket list as we have our Saturday classes and might possibly have another special surprise 🤞

This morning our yoga class was prepping for summer by talking about the beach and ocean
🐬 🪼 🏖 🌊

At the end of class, we made peaceful sand dollars to hold on our chest while take deep calming breaths when we feel upset, overwhelmed or frustrated.

I will be adding a couple more classes during the summer, so stay tuned!

It can be hard to know if yoga class is right for your child, especially you're toddler, but the truth is: you never know unless you try.
